Using Sophos enterprise solutions should not affect the number of Client Access Licenses (CALs) that you will need for Windows 2003/2008/2012 server. You must always check the terms of your Microsoft licence and Product Use Rights. Sophos cannot provide specific advice on whether you will need to pay for CALs and if so how many.
