Error when performing Challenge/Response: Cannot obtain computer key

A SafeGuard Device Encryption Client requires a Challenge/Response to unlock the Power-On Authentication. At the end of the Challenge/Response process, an error message is displayed: "Cannot obtain computer key". A Challenge/Response cannot be performed. To access data on the encrypted machine, perform one of the data recovery methods as described in Knowledge Base Article 108156
