User Machine Assignment fails for users from a trusted domain, in case that the trusted domain is not imported into the SafeGuard Database. This does no longer occur with SafeGuard Enterprise 6.10. The article lists a workaround in case that the SafeGuard version cannot be upgraded to version 6.10.
